“I’ll pray later.”
“I’ll visit later.”
“I’ll say sorry later.”
“I’ll call later.”
“I’ll spend time with them later.”
We keep putting things off—believing we still have time.
But what if later never comes?
What if later is already too late?
The truth is, later is never promised.
Only now is.
The Bible reminds us: “Do not boast about tomorrow, For you do not know what a day may bring forth.” — Proverbs 27:1—
Later, your loved one may not pick up the phone.
Later, the voice you cherish might go silent.
Later, the chance to love, to forgive, or to simply be present—may slip away.
Later, their laughter becomes a memory.
Later, that walk… never happens.
Later becomes too late.
Don’t let “later” steal today’s blessings.
If you need to forgive—do it now.
If you need to see them—visit them now.
If you need to call—do it now.
If you love them—show them now.
If your heart longs to return to God—run to Him now.
My beautiful Tewahedo Orthodox sister,
We don’t wait for the perfect moment to walk with God. We walk with Him now. In our weakness, in our youth, in our daily struggles and joys, because now is the time we need Him most.
So live this moment fully.
Love deeply.
Forgive quickly.
And hold nothing back.
Because “later” often comes… when it’s already too late.
My beautiful sister, always choose now because “later” isn’t promised.

Thanks Hannah 🙏🏽
Christ commands us to forgive (Matthew 6:14), so that we, too, may be forgiven. Forgiving quickly is good not just for others, but for your own soul. It sets you free and brings peace to your heart. But that doesn’t mean you have to let people walk all over you. So yes, forgive. Let go of the pain. But also guard your heart. You can show love and still say “no” to disrespect. I pray this answers your question 🙏🏽
