Don’t Settle For Less

I love this analogy …

A bottle of water at Costco is $0.25.

The same bottle in the supermarket is worth about $0.50.

The same bottle in a restaurant costs $2.

At a hotel it can be worth up to $3.

At an airport or on the plane, you may be charged $5.

The bottle and the brand is the same, the only thing that changes is the place. Each place gives a different value to the same product.

My beautiful Tewahedo Orthodox sister, always remember that you are a precious creation of God, deserving of love, respect, and appreciation. Your worth is immeasurable, and it’s important to surround yourself with people who recognize and value you. When you find yourself in an environment that fails to appreciate your worth, then it’s time for you to find a new place, where you are acknowledged and appreciated.

I know change can be intimidating, but with change comes an opportunity for new beginnings, personal growth, and fulfillment. This journey towards change may also seem daunting, but please take comfort in the knowing that God will give you the strength you need. Remember to have faith and never stop praying. Trust that God’s plan for you is filled with purpose and blessings. Don’t allow anyone to tell you otherwise and never settle for less!

Fear not, for I am with you;
Be not dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you,
Yes, I will help you,
I will uphold you with My righteous right hand
.
Isaiah 41:10 (NKJV)
