Always Bear Good Fruit and Much Fruit!

Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. Matthew 7:17  (NKJV)

We all know if you take a piece of rotten fruit and place it beside a perfectly good fruit, the mold from the rotten fruit will spread over to the good fruit and both end up in bad condition. How amazing is it, that it only takes one rotten fruit to ruin all the good fruits.

Likewise, it only takes one bad person to ruin your good image, your spiritual walk or even your life. When you surround yourself with a person who is not godly and who is not walking the Christian path. The closer they get to you, it will start to affect you.  You will eventually start picking up their ungodly behavior and you will become just like them. This is why it is so important to have the self-will to distance yourself from people who will affect you negatively.  This is why it’s important to surround yourself with people who bear good fruit. When a person bears good fruit, you can tell by the way they talk, their actions and lifestyle. They exemplify Christ in everything.

Sadly, in the culture we live in today, fruit is defined in so many wrong ways. Those of you, who are genuine Christians, don’t be hard on yourself.  Stay encouraged, because you are far more fruitful than you know it.  You are a branch, you are connected to the vine (God) and you bear much fruit.  Always aim to be the good fruit that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ instructs us to be. Always be very cautious that you surround yourself with people who will build you up and encourage you. Those who are positive and inspiring. Those that put God first in everything they do. You must always remember to … Bear good fruit and much fruit!
