Tewahedo Orthodox Girl | God Sees You

My beautiful Tewahedo Orthodox sister, we sometimes wear smiles that quietly cover deep pain, pretending everything is fine while our hearts silently ache. But our loving and merciful Father sees what no one else can. He knows every hidden tear, every unspoken worry, and every quiet cry of your soul.

Nothing you’ve faced has ever escaped His gaze. Just like Hagar in the wilderness, alone, hurting, and feeling forgotten—you too can whisper through your tears, “You are the God who sees me.” (Genesis 16:13)

When others turn away, He draws near. When the world overlooks you, He calls you by name.

God’s love is not far away or distant. It is personal, intimate, and ever-present. The same God who formed you in your mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13) has engraved you on the palms of His hands:

“See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; your walls are continually before Me.” (Isaiah 49:16)

So when your heart grows weary, when life feels heavy, and when you wonder if anyone truly understands you, hold on to His eternal promise:

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” (Isaiah 41:10)

My beautiful sister, you are fully known, deeply loved, and never forgotten. God sees you in your silence, in your struggle, and in your steadfast faith. You are never invisible to Him. Our Heavenly Father watches over every step you take, wipes every hidden tear, and strengthens every prayer you whisper.

Even in the moments when you feel unnoticed or overwhelmed, He is closer than your breath. Guiding you, holding you, and reminding you that you are His beloved daughter.

So lift your eyes, my beautiful sister. God sees you!
