One day, a frog decided to climb a tall tree.
As soon as he started, all the other frogs at the bottom began shouting:
“Stop!”
“It’s too high!”
“You’ll never make it!”
But the little frog kept going.
Higher and higher, step by step, until he reached the top.
Everyone was stunned.
How did he do it?
Turns out…
He was deaf.
He couldn’t hear a word they were saying.
He thought they were cheering for him.
My beautiful Tewahedo Orthodox sister, be deaf to the noise of negativity when you’re walking in your God given purpose. The world may not understand your calling. People may doubt you, question your efforts, or try to discourage you—but don’t let that stop you. Remember, you’re not living for their approval.
Keep climbing. Keep praying. Keep trusting God. Stay focused. Work diligently. Walk humbly.
Your faith, your courage, and your belief in what God placed in your heart matters far more than their opinions. Remember, with Christ, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26).
Stay strong, and keep going—God is with you every step of the way 🕊️
And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.
—Colossians 3:23 (NKJV)—
