My Beautiful Tewahedo Orthodox Sister,
No matter how many times life knocks you down…
No matter the challenges you face…
No matter how fierce the storm…
No matter how heavy the burden…
No matter how many times you fail or fall…
You will rise again. And again.
Because God’s love is stronger than every fall.
The Lord is your Great Defender.
He never slumbers. He never forgets.
He watches over you like a Father fiercely guarding His beloved daughter.
You are a daughter of the Most High — handcrafted by God Himself:
The One who parted the Red Sea,
The One who walked in the fire with the three holy youths,
The One who raised the dead and conquered death by death.
“He will not allow your foot to be moved; He who keeps you will not slumber.” (Psalm 121:3)
You will rise again.
And when you feel like giving up, remember this: Satan wants you to feel defeated, depressed, discouraged, overwhelmed, and full of doubt.
He whispers lies filled with fear, guilt, shame, and hopelessness.
But, my beautiful sister, don’t forget —
Satan has already been defeated.
The Cross has already declared victory.
So don’t let a setback, a mistake, or even a failure keep you down.
Get up. Stand tall.
If you fall, try again.
And if you fall once more try again, and again,
until you rise. And again!
And whenever you feel overwhelmed, broken, spiritually down, or full of sorrow, and everything feels lost, remember this: the tomb was sealed, the stone was heavy, but it could not hold Life Himself. Christ trampled death by death, and in Him, you, too, shall rise.
So rise, my beautiful sister.
You were made to rise — in faith, in hope, in grace, and in victory.
And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.
—Deuteronomy 31:8—
