You may not always see it, but you are stronger than you think.

It’s in the way you rise each morning, even when exhaustion weighs heavy.

It’s in the way you smile, even when your heart aches.

It’s in the way you keep showing up, even when the world gives you every reason to hide.

Strength isn’t always loud.

It’s not just about standing tall,

Or moving mountains, or winning battles.

Sometimes, strength is quiet.

Sometimes, it’s simply choosing to try again,

To trust that better days are ahead, even when you can’t see them yet.

But never forget—it is God’s strength in you that carries you through.

His grace that lifts you when you fall.

His love that holds you when you feel weary.

His power that sustains you when you have nothing left to give.

So don’t doubt yourself, my beautiful sister.

You have made it through every hard day, every heartbreak, every moment that felt impossible—because God was with you.

You are not alone. You are never forsaken.

And you are still here.

Still standing.

Still hoping.

Still believing.

Still holding on to faith.

Still pressing forward.

And that—that is true strength!

Not just your own, but the unshakable strength of Christ within you.

And you will forever be held by His strength!
